Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, we’re two best friends brought together by a shared love for food—and a deep belief that healthy eating should never feel like a chore.

With a combined 15 years of experience in the kitchen, we decided to turn our passion into something bigger. One of us is a registered dietitian, obsessed with balance and nutrition. The other? A flavor fanatic with a seriously good palate. Together, we’re on a mission to prove that healthy meals can be both satisfying and exciting.
